O So Rein is an online-only store operating within the Republic of South Africa. We do not offer walk-in collections unless explicitly arranged in writing.
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

5. SHIPPING FEES

6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched:

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details:

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
O So Rein is not liable for parcels delivered to the address provided by the customer.
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Couriers may attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

No one available to receive the parcel

Incorrect contact details

Refusal of delivery
The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will apply.
9. RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
Ownership of goods remains with O So Rein until full payment has been received.
10. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
If a parcel is lost in transit:

We will open an investigation with the courier.

Resolution may take 5–10 business days.
Replacement or refund will be issued only once the courier investigation is finalized.
